Order, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on October 12, 1977, granting defendant's motion to strike plaintiff's notice to produce for discovery and inspection, unanimously affirmed, without costs or disbursements and without prejudice to renewal in which there shall be particularized the documents sought. (See Rios v Donovan, 21 A.D.2d 409.)
