Appeal from an order awarding plaintiff a counsel fee in this action to declare null and void a foreign decree of divorce obtained by defendant against plaintiff. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
