Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 16, 2016 (M-4173), And defendant-respondent having cross-moved to dismiss the appeal, for failure to timely perfect (M-4445), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2018 Term (M-4173). The cross motion is granted to the extent of dismissing the appeal unless perfected for said March 2018 Term (M-4445).
