This case is before the court on FDL, Inc.'s Motion for Clarification of the Court's June 2, 2004 Order, and Lifetime Products, Inc.'s Cross Motion Regarding the Court's June 2, 2004 Order.

Because the court's June 2, 2004 Order incorrectly concluded that FDL Inc.'s table infringed claims 48 and 54 of United States Patent No. 6,550,404, FDL Inc.'s motion is GRANTED. Further, Lifetime Products, Inc.'s cross motion and request for oral argument is DENIED. The court's June 2, 2004 Order is vacated, and the court will issue a corrected order.
