Appeal from order entered June 13, 1967, holding in abeyance decision on a motion to transfer the action from the Civil Court to the Supreme Court pending a report by the medical office, unanimously dismissed, without costs and without disbursements, on the ground that such an order is not appealable.

Concur — Stevens, J.P., Eager, Steuer, Tilzer and McNally, JJ.
