Before the Court is appellees' August 12, 2022 opposed motion for an extension of time to file the reporter's record until October 12, 2022. Appellees explain that they have a hearing set for September 21, 2022 in the trial court to consider their Rule 76a motion to seal numerous exhibits to be included in the reporter's record along with certain documents that are included in the clerk's and supplemental clerk's records. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 76a. We GRANT the motion and extend the deadline for the reporter's record to October 12, 2022.

On the Court's own motion, we ORDER Collin County District Clerk Lynne Finley to file, by September 30, 2022, a supplemental clerk's record with either the trial court's order on appellee's Rule 76 motion to seal records or written verification that no such order has been signed.

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable John Roach, Jr., Presiding Judge of the 296th Judicial District Court; Jan Dugger, Official Court Reporter for the 296th Judicial District Court; Ms. Finley; and, all parties.
