ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The Court orders that the motion for reconsideration is GRANTED. The order dated May 25, 2022, is VACATED, and the claim of appeal is REINSTATED. The April 8, 2022, order which denied defendant-appellant's motion to compel arbitration, is a final order. MCL 691.1708(1)(a). Therefore, this Court has jurisdiction over this appeal. MCR 7.203(A)(1).

Plaintiff-appellee may file a claim of cross appeal within 14 days of this order. 1
