This case is calendared for trial at the April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.  

On March 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion) stating this case is still pending in the Office of Appeals Division of the Internal Revenue Service and that additional time is needed for petitioners to provide additional documentation. Respondent further indicated that the parties are actively working toward settlement. Petitioners' views on the granting of this motion are unknown. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2022, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's motion.
