This case is calendared for trial during the Court's September 13, 2021, St. Louis, Missouri remote trial session. On August 16, 2021, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. On September 8, 2021, the Court received from the parties a proposed stipulated decision in which the Court intends to enter into the record.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution filed August 16, 2021, is hereby denied as moot.
