MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court GRANTS appellant's agreed motion to reverse trial court's judgment and render take nothing judgment and release supersedeas bond. Accordingly, without regard to the merits, the Court vacates the trial court's judgment and renders judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement that Tower Interests, Inc. take nothing on its claims against Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Tex.R.App.P. 42.1.(a)(2)(A). Further the Court releases Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, as principal, and SAFECO Insurance Company, as surety, from all obligations on bond number 6196349.
