LIBERTY INSURANCE CORP. and LM Insurance Group, Plaintiffs, v. TECHDAN, LLC, Exterior Erecting Services, Inc., Daniel Fisher, Robert Dunlap, and Carol Junz, Defendants.



It is ORDERED that the motion of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud for leave to appear as amicus curiae is granted, limited solely to the brief that accompanied the motion. The parties may serve and file briefs in response on or before July 6, 2022. If amicus curiae seek further participation in the pending appeal, including participation at oral argument, they must seek leave of Court by way of motion.
