This case was calendared for trial during the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On March 10, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 15). By Order served March 14, 2022, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On April 19, 2023, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts (Doc. 31). On May 9, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Leave to Submit Case Under Tax Court Rule 122 (Doc. 32). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for leave to Submit Case Under Tax Court Rule 122 is granted, and this case is submitted under Rule 122. It is further

ORDERED that, as requested by the parties, the parties' simultaneous opening briefs shall be filed on or before June 30, 2023, and the parties' simultaneous answering briefs shall be filed on or before August 11, 2023.
