PRESENT:

Appellant having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (b), for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered March 3, 2020,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed.

Memorandum: In light of the posture of the proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York, the appeal is stayed. The parties shall promptly notify the Court of any developments in the bankruptcy proceeding that would impact our determination that a stay is in effect.
