This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial.

On January 6, 2022, the parties filed a motion for continuance. On February 4, 2022, the parties filed a first supplement to the parties' motion for continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' motion for continuance filed January 6, 2022, and as supplemented February 4, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's March 14, 2022, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session and is continued generally.
