This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 16, 2024, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session. On December 12, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 16). By Order served December 13, 2023, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and this case was stricken from the January 16, 2024, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session.
On July 29, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 20). Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before January 27, 2025, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
