It is Ordered that the tenant-appellant's motion returnable July 21, 2016 is deemed as opposition to the above captioned motion.
It is Further Ordered that the landlord-respondent's motion seeking to vacate the stay is granted.
In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to perfect its appeal as directed in this Court's order dated June 30, 2016, landlord-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order to dismiss the appeal.
