Opinion

No. SC12–1609.

2012-08-23

Billy James LEWIS, Jr., Petitioner(s) v. Kenneth S. TUCKER, etc., Respondent(s).

Upon consideration of Petitioner's “Notice to the Court of Two Case Numbers for Same Cause of Action,” filed with this Court on August 15, 2012, the “Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus to Correct Manifest Injustice that Violates Sixth Amendment,” filed with this Court on July 19, 2012, is duplicative of the petition filed in Billy James Lewis, Jr. vs. Kenneth S. Tucker, etc., SC12–1417 to the extent that it is an amendment to the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed in SC12–1417. Case number SC12–1609 is hereby closed and the amended petition has been removed from the above case and placed in Case No. SC12–1417.
