PER CURIAM

Appellant Donald Lewis filed his notice of appeal on May 19, 2015. Court reporter Kimberly Lee requested and received three extensions of time to file the reporter's record through January 4, 2016, but it has not been filed. We order Lee to file the reporter's record in this cause no later than February 29, 2016. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(a)(2). Failure to file the record will result in Lee being called before the Court to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of this order.

It is ordered on January 29, 2016. Before Chief Justice Rose, Justices Pemberton and Bourland Do Not Publish
