On November 26, 2024, this Court abated and remanded the above numbered cause for appointment of counsel. The District Clerk of Bexar County has this day filed the clerk's record (1 volume) which includes the order appointing Patrick Montgomery as Appellant's attorney of record. The appeal is therefore REINSTATED.
The appellant's brief is now due January 2, 2025.
