ANTHONY JERMAINE LEWIS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F20-15494-P

ORDER

AMANDA L. REICHEK JUSTICE.

The reporter's record filed July 12, 2024 is incomplete because it is missing exhibits. On July 11, 2024, court reporter David Laurel sent the Court a letter stating the exhibits, which are discs, are too large and/or in the wrong format to be filed through the TAMES portal, and he requested permission to file the original exhibits. Mr. Laurel did not state in the letter whether copies could be made of the exhibits. The Clerk of this Court contacted Mr. Laurel and asked him to file copies of the exhibits. Mr. Laurel has not responded to the Clerk's communications.

We ORDER court reporter David Laurel to file with the Clerk of this Court, on or before AUGUST 19, 2024, copies of State's exhibits 137, 210, 211, 263, 288, 341, 347, 367, 373, 376, 386, 432, 444, and 560. If Mr. Laurel is unable to make or obtain copies of these exhibits, he shall notify this Court without delay.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; David Laurel, Official Court Reporter, 203rd District Court; and counsel for all parties.
