The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due January 22, 2024. On March 28 and May 10, 2024, we ordered court reporter David Laurel to file the reporter's record. The order of May 10, 2024, ordered Mr. Laurel to file the reporter's record on or before June 7, 2024. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed.

Accordingly, we ORDER court reporter David Laurel to file the complete reporter's record for this case on or before JULY 24, 2024. We caution Mr. Laurel that should he fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that he not sit as a court reporter until he files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; David Laurel, Official Court Reporter, 203rd District Court; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
