The reporter's record is overdue. The reporter's record was originally due January 22, 2024. On February 16, 2024, we ordered court reporter David Laurel to file the reporter's record by March 5, 2024. As of the date of this order, Mr. Laurel has not requested an extension of time to file the reporter's record or otherwise communicated with this Court concerning this appeal.

We ORDER Mr. Laurel to file the reporter's record on or before APRIL 15, 2024. We caution Mr. Laurel that should he fail to file the complete reporter's record within the allotted timeframe, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that he not sit as a court reporter until he files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; David Laurel, Official Court Reporter, 203rd District Court; and counsel for all parties.
