ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL, JUSTICE.

The reporter's record in this case is overdue. The record was due January 22, 2023. Appellant is indigent, counsel for appellant has filed a request for preparation of the reporter's record, and court reporter David Laurel has informed the Court that he is the sole court reporter for the case.

We ORDER Mr. Laurel to file the reporter's record on or before MARCH 5, 2024. We caution Mr. Laurel that should he fail to file the complete reporter's record within the allotted timeframe, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that he not sit as a court reporter until he files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; David Laurel, Official Court Reporter, 203rd District Court; and counsel for all parties.
