Civil Action No. 04-2366-CM (D. Kan. Feb. 14, 2005)

Opinion

Civil Action No. 04-2366-CM.

February 14, 2005

MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter comes before the court on plaintiffs' Motion to Lift Stay (Doc. 17) and Motion for Clarification of Court Order (Doc. 18). In both Motions, plaintiffs have requested that the court lift the stay of all pretrial proceedings ordered by Magistrate Judge James P. O'Hara on November 2, 2004 (Doc. 12).

Having reviewed the record, the court finds that the stay of all pretrial proceedings pending the court's ruling on defendant's Motion to Dismiss is appropriate and was ordered for good cause. Accordingly, plaintiffs' Motion to Lift Stay (Doc. 17) and Motion for Clarification of Court Order (Doc. 18) are denied.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
