Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 22, 2023, at 1:00 pm (ET). It is further

ORDERED that, together with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall (1) issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding, (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases for the above-referenced trial session, and (3) the clinic letter(s) for Tampa, Florida.
