These collection due process (CDP) cases were stricken from the Court's September 20, 2021, San Diego, California remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On September 23, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report requesting that these cases be returned to general docket to be placed on a trial session in calendar year 2023. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of these cases is no longer retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
