ORDER

This case was called at the Court's September 19, 2022, St. Louis, Missouri trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. At the trial session, respondent orally moved the Court for a continuance in this case.

After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's oral Motion for Continuance is granted. It is further, ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further, ORDERED that on or before November 18, 2022, the parties shall file a joint report (or separate reports if preferred) regarding the then-current status of this case.
