This case is calendared for trial at the October 31, 2022, Houston, Texas Trial Session of the Court. On October 21, 2021, petitioner filed a notice of change of address from Texas to Iowa. On July 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely, reporting that petitioner now lives in Iowa. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Proceed Remotely is granted, and this case is hereby stricken from the in-person session of the Court's October 31, 2022, Houston Texas Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's place of trial be changed from Houston, Texas to Des Moines, Iowa. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 5, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding, (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's December 5, 2022, remote trial session, and (3) a copy of the Low Income Tax Clinic information for Des Moines, Iowa.
