DIVORCE, § 75 — insufficiency of evidence of desertion by husband. In wife's suit for divorce because of alleged desertion, evidence warranted decree dismissing complaint on grounds that husband tried to provide living quarters for wife elsewhere than in home of wife's parents but that wife refused to leave that home, that wife requested husband to leave her parents' premises, and that husband made a bona fide offer to resume marital relations after separation.
