Upon due consideration of the Court's conference call with the parties held, October 6, 2021, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Kansas City, Missouri, trial session to be conducted remotely at 10:00 AM (Central Time). It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding, and (2)a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's January 24, 2022, Kansas City, Missouri, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall adhere to the deadlines set forth in the Court's standing pretrial Order except that: (1) the parties shall exchange any and all documents that they intend to rely upon at trial on or before November 5, 2021; (2) the parties shall file a first stipulation of facts on or before December 6, 2021; and (3) the parties shall file any discovery motions on or before December 27, 2021.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
