Marc Levy, Petitioner v. Senate of Pennsylvania, Respondent


ORDER

AND NOW, this 27th day of February, 2014, upon consideration of Respondent's application for reargument and Petitioner's response, and pursuant to Pa. R.A.P 2546(b), the application is hereby GRANTED IN PART to address the issue of:

Whether the client identities in the Senate of Pennsylvania's legal billing records are entitled to protection under federal grand jury secrecy rules.
Respondent, as the moving party, shall file a supplemental brief in support of its argument limited to this issue within 30 days of this order; Petitioner shall then have 30 days in which to file a brief in opposition. This matter shall be assigned to a panel of judges for disposition on the briefs filed by the parties without oral argument. Respondent's application is DENIED in all other respects. This Court's opinion and order dated January 15, 2014, are WITHDRAWN pending reargument of this issue.
