By Notice dated June 9, 2022, this case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 11, 2022, New York, New York trial calendar. On August 23, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss For Lack of Jurisdiction. The Court will provide petitioners an opportunity to file an objection, if any to the aforementioned motion.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioners shall, on or before October 3, 2022, file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced motion. Any objection filed shall state with specificity the nature of the objection. Petitioners are advised that if they fail to respond to this Order, the Court may be inclined to grant respondent's motion and dismiss this case.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
