In a stockholder's derivative action, order conditionally denying appellants' motion for a stay of proceedings until the final determination of an action pending in Supreme Court, New York County, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur; Hagarty, J., not voting.
