DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Second District, entered February 8, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 14 days from the date of this order; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 7 days from the service of the respondent's brief.
