In an action to enforce a covenant restricting the use of appellants' real property, judgment in favor of plaintiffs affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur; Adel, J., dissents and votes to reverse the judgment and to dismiss the complaint.
