Summary
In Levinson v. King's Court Corp., 13 Ill. App.2d 432, a somewhat similar situation in which conspiracy was alleged, the court held, in deciding that the broker had a cause of action against the purchaser, that the "judgment should be against all the defendants" where "the evidence establishes that defendants joined in the plan to deprive plaintiff of her commission."
