In an action to recover the value of legal services, order granting respondent's motion to examine witnesses before trial affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
