This case is calendared for trial at the April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 18, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion) stating that additional time is needed for the parties to work towards a settlement. Petitioner has no objection to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 18, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session, and is continued generally.
