MOTION DECISION
It is Ordered that the motion of the respondents-appellants seeking a stay of all proceedings in the Civil Court, including discovery, pending the resolution of their appeal is granted. The respondents-appellants shall perfect their appeal for the June 2023 term the filing deadline for which is April 11, 2023. Respondents briefs are to be filed on or before May 3, 2023.
In the event the respondents-appellants fail to comply with the foregoing conditions, the petitioner-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the stay.
