Levett & Bailey Hillier Parker v. Zha Inc.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District
Jul 22, 1994
639 So. 2d 206 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1994)

Opinion

No. 94-47.

July 22, 1994.

Non-Final Appeal from the Circuit Court for Orange County; W. Rogers Turner, Judge.

J. Thomas Cardwell and Peter L. Pollock, Jr., of Akerman, Senterfitt Eidson, P.A., Orlando, for appellants.

Timothy J. Manor and H. Gregory McNeill of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor Reed, P.A., Orlando, for appellee.

This is an appeal from an order determining jurisdiction of the court over the persons of the appellants. Although the appealed order makes other rulings, those rulings are not appealable so this court makes no decision as yet in regard to those. See Fla. R.App.P. 9.130(a)(1).

We affirm the order determining jurisdiction.

AFFIRMED.

HARRIS, C.J., and COBB, J., concur.
