In an action for a declaratory judgment and other relief, order denying motion of defendants Spies to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
