This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 23, 2022, for cases in which Buffalo, New York, is the place of trial.

On April 13, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance of trial generally indicating therein that petitioner has no objection to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial generally filed April 13, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's May 23, 2022, Buffalo, New York, trial session and is continued generally.
