ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF SPECIAL MASTER AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR ATTORNEYS' COSTS

I have reviewed the Report and Recommendation of Special Master Ronald Longhofer Regarding Expenses of Class Counsel, submitted pursuant to the Order Appointing Special Master and Establishing Procedures for Administration of Settlement, ¶ 2(e), and the Order Granting Motion of Plaintiffs' Class Counsel for Costs and Attorney Fees. I have also been informed by Plaintiffs' Class Counsel that they have no objection to the report and recommendation.

The report demonstrates an admirable level of diligence and care in the auditing of the attorneys' cost submittals, and I thank the Special Master for his services. I hereby adopt the Report and Recommendation in its entirety, and authorize $335,478.25 to be paid from the settlement fund, of which $43,050.00 is to be paid directly to Stonier Consulting Services, and the balance of $292,428.25 is to be paid to Plaintiffs' Class Counsel to reimburse their own expenses and distribute to other counsel for the named plaintiffs pursuant to the Settlement Agreement.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
