Appeal from an order of Supreme Court, Erie County (Glownia, J.), entered October 31, 2001, which granted in part defendant's motion pursuant to CPLR 4404(a) to set aside the verdict and reduced the award for past lost wages from $250,000 to $211,000 and otherwise denied the motion.
