An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 3, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants-respondents having moved to strike portions of the appendix filed by plaintiff-appellant, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that pages A117, 118-120, 121-122 and 123-124 are deemed stricken from the appendix. On the Court's own motion, the appeal is adjourned to the May 2019 Term.
