ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford Judge

On January 26 and February 3, 2023, pursuant to the Court's December 7, 2022, Order, counsel for respondent and petitioners respectively filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Each counsel reports that on January 25, 2023, they spoke with each other. Respondent's counsel further reports that petitioners' counsel stated that (1) his associate was continuing to work on putting together documents to respond to his Branerton letter and (2) that his associate had received documents from petitioners' accountant to provide to him. Petitioners' counsel further reports that he is still in the process of developing the supporting documentation necessary to resolve the disputed issues in favor of petitioners and he is confident the case will be resolved without the need for trial. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
