Action for the specific performance of an option to purchase certain real property, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the court, Ryan, J., denied the defendants' motion to discharge a lis pendens filed against certain of their real property, and the defendants appealed to this court. No error.
