Appeal from the 120th District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 20110D02415) ORDER

Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion for an extension of time to file his brief. In the motion, Appellant asserts that the reporter's record is incomplete. The Court has determined that the record is complete. The Court grants Appellant's request for additional time in which to file his brief. The brief is due to be filed on or before February 6, 2016. NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE APPELLANT'S BRIEF WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.

It is further ORDERED that Thomas Leonard, the Appellant, prepare the Appellant's brief and forward the same to this Court on or before February 6, 2016.
