ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to file a brief on behalf of defendant-appellant exceeding the 50-page limitation by approximately 74 pages is DENIED for failure to demonstrate extraordinary and compelling reasons requiring such a lengthy brief. The Clerk's Office is directed to reject the approximately 124-page brief that was filed by appellant. A brief that does not exceed 60 pages shall be filed within 14 days of the Clerk's certification of this order or this case will be dismissed without further notice to appellant. Additionally, the Statement of Facts section of the brief shall include specific page references to the transcript and/or trial court record in this case as required by MCR 7.212(C)(6). Furthermore, the Index of Authorities section of the brief must include the numbers of the pages where the authorities appear in the brief as required by MCR 7.212(C)(3).
