On March 20, 2024, we issued an Order to Show Cause directing petitioners to show cause by April 19, 2024, why we should not dismiss this case for failure to properly prosecute and enter a decision for respondent. We further directed petitioners' counsel, Shawn M. Richter, to show cause by April 19, 2024, why counsel should not be sanctioned for failure comply with the Court's Orders and Rules. On March 29, 2024, the parties submitted proposed stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the March 20, 2024, Order to Show Cause, is discharged.
